The tour costs 75 Euro. Children 5 & under go free, and kids 6-16 years pay 55 Euro. Large group discounts may be arranged. Please inquire!

HOW CAN WE BOOK THIS TOUR?
It is sufficient to send Tredy Sas a deposit of the tour cost per person: € 25 (adult) and € 5 (child) by bank transfer, postal order or other payment method at the beginning of the visit, then you can pay the remaining amount (€ 50 per adult and € 50 per child) directly to the local guide on the bus.

DO WE HAVE TO BOOK THIS SHORE EXCURSION IN ADVANCE?
It is advisable to book well in advance to give us the opportunity to provide a better service. The reservation of one or more of our tours is considered valid only after the payment of each deposit. The deposit to Tredy Sas, can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

It is sufficient that you send your credit card details to Tredy Sas by phone: (++390815341600 / ++390815321145) or by fax (++3908119731942) or by e-mail (info@tredy.it) Kindly specify the Cardholder’s Name (as it appears on card), the Card Number and expiration date, the card type (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), the City, State/Province and the Country where you live. After that, we shall charge the down payment directly to your card (we add an additional Credit Card Surcharge of 4% of the booking fee).

When you send us the copy of Your bank transfer order by fax on ++39(0)81-19731942 or by e-mail (info@tredy.it), you have reserved your tour. When you book, you should also provide your phone number and your e-mail address. After that, we will send you the confirmation with all the details at e-mail address you have provided.

WHERE DO WE MEET OUR GUIDE IN THE PORT OF LIVORNO OR LA SPEZIA?
Your tour guide will wait for you at the port of Livorno or La Spezia at your ship. The guide will wait for you with the sign “TREDY”. So, the bus will depart promptly for Florence.

WHAT TIME DO WE LEAVE AND RETURN?
The time departure and arrival from and to Livorno or La Spezia port is clearly indicated on the advertising.

REFUNDS ON UNUSED SERVICES:
Our Tours are sold as a package and therefore we cannot refund a guest for services that he/she has decided not to use. Most of the tours will operate rain or shine, so be prepared for all weather conditions. If for any reason your cruise ship cannot dock in the port where our tour starts from, your down payment will be reimbursed immediately.

CANCELLATION BY TREDY COMPANY:
If the tour cannot take place because of circumstances beyond our control, guests will be completely reimbursed or Tredy Company will provide the guest with an alternative tour, chosen by mutual consent.

| • | CANCELLATION BY GUEST:
If any guaranteed reservations are cancelled, we apply the following cancellation fees:
• Up to 24 hours before the day of the tour: No charge
• Later than that: the down payment will not be refunded.
No reimbursement will be given to visitors who interrupt their tour after its beginning for any reason.

WHAT EXPENSES WILL THERE BE?
The price of the tour includes English-speaking tour guide and bus with driver all day long. A gratuity to your guide is optional but greatly appreciated. A commonly accepted guideline is € 3.00 per person for a full-day tour.

CAN WE GET TO THE TOP OF THE LEANING TOWER AT PISA?
After a brief exterior explanation of your guide, on your own you can get to the top of the Leaning Tower at Pisa.
Cost of admission is 18 euro per person. If you would like to take this option, please reserve in advance via email with the number of tickets requested: we shall charge the price of the ticket directly to your card (we add an additional Credit Card Surcharge of 4% of the booking fee). You will be given your tickets upon entry to the Leaning Tower.

DO WE HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE TO GET TO THE TOP OF THE LEANING TOWER, IF I HAVE RESERVED THIS VISIT WITH YOU?
Our visitors have priority entrance in the Leaning Tower in Pisa. There is NO WAITING IN LINE for entry if you reserve the tickets of the Leaning Tower with us.

You’ll need to be wearing clothes that do not leave your shoulders/arms or lower legs bare: no shorts, short trousers, short skirts, sleeveless shirts or bare shoulders.
