HOW MUCH IS THE ROME TOUR? ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
The tour costs 85 Euro (admission to the Sistine Chapel included). Children 5 & under go free, and kids 6-18 years pay 65 Euro (admission to the Sistine Chapel included). Large group discounts may be arranged. Please inquire!

Note: Children (6-18 years) will pay 65 Euro for this tour only if they bring their photo ID cards with them. Otherwise they will pay € 85.

HOW CAN WE BOOK THIS TOUR?
It is sufficient to send Tredy Sas a deposit of the tour cost per person: € 35 (adult) and € 15 (child) by bank transfer, postal order or other payment method at the beginning of the visit, then you can pay the remaining amount (€ 50 per adult and € 50 per child) directly to the local guide on the bus.

DO WE HAVE TO BOOK THIS SHORE EXCURSION IN ADVANCE?
It is advisable to book well in advance to give us the opportunity to provide a better service. The reservation of one or more of our tours is considered valid only after the payment of each deposit. The deposit to Tredy Sas, can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

After that, we shall charge the down payment directly to your card (we add an additional Credit Card Surcharge of 4% of the booking fee).

When you send us the copy of Your bank transfer order by fax on ++39(0)81-19731942 or by e-mail (info@tredy.it), you have reserved your tour. When you book, you should also provide your phone number and your e-mail address. After that, we will send you the confirmation with all the details at e-mail address you have provided.

WHERE DO WE MEET OUR GUIDE IN THE PORT OF CIVITAVECCHIA?
Your tour guide will wait for you at the port of Civitavecchia, near the bus stop called "Forte Michelangelo," where you arrive with the shuttle-bus leaving from your cruise ship. The guide will wait for you with the sign “TREDY”. The guide will lead you on foot to the bus (full optional vehicle), waiting a few hundred meters away. Then the bus will depart promptly for Rome.

WHAT TIME DO WE LEAVE AND RETURN?
The time departure and arrival from and to Civitavecchia port is clearly indicated on the advertising.

REFUNDS ON UNUSED SERVICES:
Our Tours are sold as a package and therefore we cannot refund a guest for services that he/she has decided not to use. Most of the tours will operate rain or shine, so be prepared for all weather conditions. If for any reason your cruise ship cannot dock in the port where our tour starts from, your down payment will be reimbursed immediately.

CANCELLATION BY TREDY COMPANY:
If the tour cannot take place because of circumstances beyond our control, guests will be completely reimbursed or Tredy Company will provide the guest with an alternative tour, chosen by mutual consent.
