LESSON FOR STUDENTS FOR LEARNING TO MAKE MOZZARELLA |
Mozzarella is a fresh cheese with spun dough or dairy product typical of our area (Campania). It is traditionally prepared with cow or buffalo milk ( this latter is more typical of Caserta or Paestum areas which were marshy.
Tredy sas organizes Cheese Making Classes in a Farm in the countryside at Sorrento: the students, attending this class, will learn a bit about the science of cheese, and then spend the class going through the steps, from milk to curd to mozzarella. The end result will be yours to take it away, if you can wait that long to eat it.
